 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with Miguel and his team at M&A Contractors was one of the key decision we made during our build. He’s easy to work with—patient, thoughtful, and genuinely good at listening—but what set him apart was his ability to actually execute. We brought him a lot of ideas and more than a few changes along the way, and he handled all of it without losing a step.

As a project manager, Miguel is quietly impressive. He coordinated between architects and trades, kept the timeline moving, and dealt with the inevitable complications without drama. Things went wrong, as they always do in construction—what mattered was how calmly and competently he worked through them.

His crew was the same way. Ivan and the team were attentive and detail-oriented, and you could tell the standard of care came from the top down.

Two things we didn’t expect: how available Miguel stayed throughout the project, including outside normal hours, and that he continued checking in after the work was done. That kind of follow-through isn’t common.

We had been warned that working with contractors is stressful. Our experience was the opposite. We’re genuinely happy with our home, and a lot of that comes down to the people who built it.

They were extremely professional and easy to work with, taking time to understand and build exactly what my wife and I wanted. We had a fantastic experience with M&A.  They gave our 1980’s deck a fresh face lift.  Their team showed up everyday as promised by 8am.  They brought their lunch and microwave and stayed on site.  Quality of work was top notch. They have a lighter duty dump truck so the site was always clean.  No need for a dumpster.  We will definitely use them for our next project.

He and his crew were very professional, communicated well and worked hard to accommodate a mid-project change of plans and timeline acceleration. They even when beyond the quote by helping me to install the kitchen and took care of all the kitchen trimming. extremely high quality for a very very resonnable cost.
